What is Entertainment?
Entertaiment (TEN, for those not in the know) is a multifaceted and ever-changing entity. It can be anything from a raunchy burlesque to a heart-warming family movie, from a dance floor to a football stadium. But despite its seeming omnipresence and seemingly limitless potential, entertainment is also a complex phenomenon. It is difficult to define, and even more challenging to categorize. The fall 2011 issue of T E News tackles this challenge with the goal of understanding what Entertainment is all about.
